Each piece is carefully wrapped with shockproof materials. We strive to use sustainable packaging. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
破损赔付 | Damaged Items
如果作品在运输过程中损坏，请在签收后 24 小时内拍照联系我。我会为您安排退款或重新制作一件类似的作品。
In case of transit damages, please provide photos within 24 hours of delivery. A full refund or replacement will be arranged.
退换货 | Returns
由于陶瓷作品的独特性和手工痕迹，非质量问题不接受退换。每件作品的手工瑕疵（如釉缩或气孔）正是其灵魂所在。
All sales are final due to the unique nature of handmade ceramics. Natural variations are part of the artistic soul.
